The starting point when processing your personal data is that you provide this data voluntarily and on your own initiative to Concreeto and solely for the purpose for which you have provided it to Concreeto, namely:
a) to comply with applicable laws and regulations;
b) to enter into and maintain an employee/employer relationship or a personnel/labor mediation relationship with you and to maintain a personnel, financial, hours, absenteeism and/or payroll administration for this purpose, or to enter into and maintain a relationship aimed at acquiring/executing assignments and to maintain a (financial) administration for this purpose;
c) to assess your suitability for a specific position or assignment, to record your availability and to bring you into contact with or present you to one or more (potential) clients;
d) to mediate you towards employment, to offer you training or training opportunities, career and/or development advice and/or other (work-related) services, to deploy you with clients, to have you perform work for clients, or to generate assignments for you;
e) to be able to conclude agreements with you and our client(s) and to execute and fulfill these agreements;
f) to comply with our reintegration obligations and to meet government-imposed objectives to help people with a greater distance from the labor market find employment;
g) to inform you about our services, other activities and/or professional content (for example via email, newsletters, company magazines and professional literature) and to be able to make offers to you on behalf of Concreeto;
h) to generate management information, carry out market analyses, (internal and external) controls, audits and accounting checks oen to promote and maintain company security;
i) to have a third party verify the validity of the identification document you have provided.
You provide your data by registering as a job seeker at our Rotterdam office or by using digital registration via the designated registration form on our website or via a third-party website.
Your personal data is handled and secured with care in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act. Concreeto has registered the processing of personal data with the Dutch Data Protection Authority. Concreeto processes, among others, the following data: name, address and place of residence (NAW details), email address, telephone number, contact details, nationality, date and place of birth, gender, marital status, CV, work experience, bank account number, health insurance policy or customer number, education and training data, (copies of) certificates, references, (copy) passport photo, (copy) ID document, BSN (citizen service number), (copy) work permit and (copy) residence permit.
Concreeto may share your personal data with its (potential) clients, suppliers (such as training institutions), audit institutions, government authorities, subcontractors and companies and/or individuals engaged to perform certain tasks (including processors). In addition, Concreeto may provide your data to third parties if it is entitled or obliged to do so based on applicable laws and/or regulations, a court order or judgment, or if it has obtained your consent. Furthermore, Concreeto may place your profile or CV, after obtaining your consent, whether anonymized or not, in a restricted section of its website(s) and customer portals.
Concreeto does not retain your personal data longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data was collected and complies with applicable laws and regulations in this regard.
Personal data that Concreeto receives from employees or representatives of (potential) clients, suppliers, vendors and other companies or institutions is used for the following purposes:
a) to enable you to use our services and/or to make use of your services;
b) to enter into and maintain a business relationship with you;

Concreeto may also share your data with applicants/candidates and employees, suppliers (such as training institutions), audit institutions, government authorities, subcontractors and companies and/or individuals engaged to perform certain tasks (including processors). In addition, Concreeto may provide your data to others if it is entitled or obliged to do so based on laws and/or regulations, a court order or judgment, or if it has obtained your consent. Concreeto’s liability for indirect damages, including consequential damages and loss of income, is excluded in all cases. Any liability is furthermore limited to a maximum amount of €1,000 per event and €10,000 per calendar year. Concreeto’s liability shall in any case never exceed the amount covered and paid out by its insurance in the relevant case.
